Our golf balls are second-hand, cleaned, and graded for quality. Some scuffs and cosmetic imperfections are to be expected.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind due to the nature of second-hand products.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
